Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Mr. Jose maria Sanchez the Director of Elite English Institute and Culture here in Madrid Spain. I want to make a reservation for 2(two) bedroom apartment or its equivalent for a surprise holiday batch for 2 of my sons and their wives (4 adults) for a duration of 2 (two) weeks from 14th of April 2012 to 28th of April 2012,at your place,breakfast inclusive .Due to my present sailing location I am not able to make a direct bank transfer therefore payment for this transaction will be made fully in advance using a credit card or a certified bank cheque. Please do advice me on the following points;
1.The total cost for the stated period, this must include all charges.
2.Incase this date is not suitable please do inform me of a suitable date within the months of May or June 2012.
